Details:

  This map is designed specifically for the TeamFortress quakec
patch v2+.

This map is capture the flag, two bases, red and blue.  Take the enemy flag to the
cap point inside your base to score.  The flag carrier will drop flag if killed, where
it will remain for 60 seconds unless it is picked up again.
