  9. Do not intrude someone's camp without permission of those who are camping there. In addition, if a person/party is camping only one camp with one named mob do not intrude.

  10. You must obey and carry out guild leader's & raid leader's orders in events. Do not loot named mobs' corpses if you are not group leaders.

  11. Every member must attempt to have Aarrno die in a silly, meaningless way at least once a month by their hands, either by sloppy playing or simple inattention.

Event Rules

  1. In all events, if the guild leader is there, he/she will automatically be raid leader. If the guild leader is busy or unavailable, he/she will appoint an officer to be a raid leader.

  2. In multigroup events, only group leaders should talk to the raid leader. This will help the raid leader organize event better. If you are not a group leader and want to pass some suggestions/comments to raid leader, tell your group leader to do so on behalf of you.

  3. Events with normal/common loots (e.g: non Gods/Dragons/Dungeon Bosses): - All items will be given to those who want and need and will use the items. The following information of guild members will be taken into account:

    • Time spent in Twelve Year (shorter or longer than one month)
    • Level gaps (e.g: 40-45, 45-50, 50+) and proc restrictions
    • Stats
    • Time spent in camp

  4. If no one in the camp wants or needs an item, that item will either go into Guild Bank or be randomed among guild members who are at the guild raid. Guild leader/Raid Leader will decide this.

  5. Events with *good*/rare loots (Gods/Dragons/Dungeon Bosses):

    • Guild leader/Raid leader will pick one item and tag it as *good* item. It will only be randomed among those who are qualified to roll for it.
    • Other items will be randomed among those who can use/equip, need, and will use (not for putting it in bank/selling/trading).
    • Those who win randomed loots will be excluded from the random list until everyone else who is qualified to random obtain an item.

Guests

Historically, guests of Twelve Year have been treated equal to Twelve Year's members. They could random when a Twelve Year member was allowed to random. There was no difference between a "guest" and a Twelve Year member.

Currently, however, if the guest is new to Twelve Year, and has not done much with Twelve Year in the past, this is no longer the case:

The *first* loot drop will go to guild members (without random to guests). On subsequent (duplicate drops), the guest can then random with guild members who are in line for the item the guild is camping.

The guest will be put in line accordingly, based on the random # and the random he/she got from the roll compare to guild members. If the guest has done as much for the guild as any guild member, has been to the same camp in the past, and did not get anything out of it, he/she will be treated the same way as a guild member.

Guild Bank

To purchase an item from the Guild Bank you will need to pay 70% market cost for non-jeweled items. If you are buying a jeweled item, you will need to pay the cost of metal bars and 10% of market value. If you already purchased an item, you cannot buy a duplicate.

You are not allowed to sell/trade any jeweled items you buy from Guild Bank, except with the Guild Bank itself. The Guild Treasurer will pay you back the same amount that you paid the guild for that item.

Warning: Violating one of the above rules may get you suspended, kicked, or banned from Twelve Year, possibly even set upon by rabid llamas. If an officer violates the rules, he/she will lose officer status (as well as the llama thing)...
